Complying with Banned Debit or Credit Card Charges

Hidden charges for paying with a debit or credit card have been banned since 13 January 18..

Step 1 – You can review and edit the ‘Service Fee Percent’ via Site Manager > Company Configuration > Third Party Configuration > Third Party Payment and edit the details for each Property.

Step 2 – Remove the ‘Service Fee Percent’ by setting it to zero and ‘Save Changes’.

For any changes to tenancy agreements, please log a case in Client Central and your Technical Account Manager will take care of this.
