As a continued commitment to sharing real estate technology knowledge, we held our first roadshow in Luxembourg on 14th of September at an Ernst and Young office in Luxembourg. During this roadshow, we looked at how technology innovation is transforming different real estate markets.
After a networking breakfast, Ajay Bali, director, digital and analytics leader of Ernst & Young, and Kai Braun, partner, alternatives advisory leader of Ernst & Young covered key challenges in real estate and how these are potentially influenced by changes in technology. This was followed by a technology round table:
