| Favourite Yardi Product? | My favourite product is without a doubt, the MyCafé App. It’s a fantastic addition to RentCafe, giving residents the ability to check balances, make online payments, submit maintenance requests and engage with you and their community. The best bit? It’s completely whitelablled to boost your brand! |
| Number of years’ experience in residential? | I have been in the London residential sector now just over 9 years. I started out as a Junior Lettings negotiator when I graduated from University and have since moved on to a variety of different roles in sales, project management & build to rent. |
| Favourite thing about working in Yardi’s resi team? | Since joining Yardi in March ’20 (and having only two weeks in the office before heading into Lockdown!), I’ve received an unbelievable welcome from the Yardi Team. It’s hard to say a favourite but its great to work alongside such driven and enthusiastic colleagues who really care about our clients. |
| Favourite past time? | Watching the England rugby team and of course, sundowners at a great beach bar when I am lucky enough to be on Holiday somewhere hot & sunny. |
| Top Tip for keeping residents happy? | Coming from an estate agency / build to rent background I think the key to keeping residents happy is honesty, being responsive and of course running a quality well maintained development. |
