At Yardi, we strive to encourage, and participate in, activities that support our local and global communities. In all regions Yardi’s locally based operations have been getting involved and helping nonprofits.
Here’s a little more information about those we helped in 2018:
MK Food Bank – The Food Bank helps those in crisis in Milton Keynes. They are funded entirely on donations.
MIND BLMK – MIND BLMK works across the local communities (Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes) to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Mental Health problems are not always seen and affect many individuals and families. Employees want to support this great source of help.
Age UK Milton Keynes – Age UK provides a wide range of services for older people who have no one to turn to for help and support. There are advice and support services within Milton Keynes which benefit older people within our community.
Keech Hospice – Keech provide free, specialist care for adults and children who have life-limiting and terminal illnesses. These type of illnesses affect entire families and Keech enables patients to maintain as normal a family life as possible.
Inter-Action MK – Inter-Action MK is a community arts charity, which aims to help people with support needs or disabilities, or who are in challenging or vulnerable circumstances. Their programmes bring people from all backgrounds together through various art projects.See here for what Yardi is doing company-wide!
